Job Description
Workshop is looking for a passionate recruiter to help us grow our team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with 2-4 years of talent acquisition experience to be part of an exciting software-as-a-service (SaaS) business. We are growing rapidly and need someone to lead the charge on building our team.
As a Recruiter, you will:Source and recruit top talent to work at WorkshopConduct phone screens for positions across all departmentsCoordinate the entire candidate experience from their application to their first dayManage all requisitions and candidates in the ATS (Greenhouse)Work closely with hiring managers to determine role requirements and hiring processesNetwork with local organizations to grow our employer brand in Omaha and build a diverse candidate poolAttend and coordinate career fairsRepresent Workshop's culture and values consistentlyTo be successful at this position, you'll need to:
A couple years of experience sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidatesHave excellent phone, writing, and listening skillsLove meeting new people and building relationshipsBe a self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their roleWork well across many departments and teamsBring a high level of energy to the job every dayBonus points if you:
Have experience recruiting at a SaaS companyHave managed an ATS in the past (extra points if you've used Greenhouse)Compensation and benefits:
