CA - San Francisco, SpearWhat you'll do:Our Tech & Innovation Team is looking for a manager and leader for our Startup Banking program who does things differently, who will go the extra mile to make sure our clients have the best chance of succeeding. Our ideal banker is someone who wants to be more than just a banker. They want to be a valued partner to some of the most innovative businesses in the country. We provide uniquely flexible financing solutions to companies in a wide variety of lines of business.The central focus of this role is on networking and working with partners and referral sources to explain how Bridge Bank will support founders and companies throughout their life cycle.What we are looking for:Source prospects and develop new customer relationshipsActively partner with startup technology companies regarding their business needsMaintain an effective calling program on customers, prospects and referral sourcesIdentify cross-sell opportunities and make appropriate referralsComplete understanding of internal Bank departments/process in order to complete job functionsWork with startup tech companies concerning business needsManage a team of business development officers and relationship managers.Qualifications:5-10+ years Banking/Accounting/Finance experience required with an emphasis on the Venture Capital / Technology lending ecosystem.Understand and follow BSA/AML/OFAC policy and procedures as applicable to job function and promptly report suspicious activity when identifiedMinimum of BS/BA in Business, Finance, Accounting or comparable degreeRequired Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiating and problem-solving skillsPrevious relationship management and business development/sales skills are requiredClear understanding of financial statement analysis and strong accounting skillsAbility to make credit decisionsUnderstand loan documentation and credit policyExcellent client service skills.Compensation:
Salary range for new hires is generally $175,000.00 - $210,000.00 for San Francisco, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
