Insight Global is looking in Guadalajara, Mexico for a Sr. Lead Full Stack Developer to join a global team for one of our large oil and gas clients. This person will be responsible for an enterprise wide application to design, develop, and troubleshoot various applications for the client. The successful candidate is highly experienced with self-sufficiency, extensive knowledge and experience across multiple technologies. They will be doing hands-on development of C#, .Net, and Angular. They will need to have extensive knowledge and understanding of Azure to monitor and troubleshoot Azure applications using Azure Monitor and other Azure services. The ideal candidate will come from heavy full stack development background with technical lead experience. Daily they will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop software solutions. This role will require someone who is local to Guadalajara and willing to go on-site 2 days a week.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years working in software development on a variety of projects and Lead role working with a team of 5+ people
Strong experience in Cloud methodologies
Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
Good practical knowledge/understanding in Azure DevOps including: CI/CD pipeline architecture/creation, working with ADO/Terraform, best deployment practices, and microservices. Significant experience with transformations from traditional operational methodologies to Cloud environments
Strong hands-on experience with modern application architecture skills and designing solutions in and migrations to cloud-native environment including containers, Azure services, microservices
Experience with Agile development practices
Strong C#/.Net/.Net core software development background in an enterprise environment
Experience in working/leading onsite/offsite team, and some task planning activities.
Experience/exposure to both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum practices and tools.
Strong API experience (defining API specifications, creating APIs, and integrating APIs into 3rd party applications)
Strong background in a SQL Server environment
Strong development experience in Angular
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Background in Technical Design/Software Architect work
Previous Oil and Gas industry experience
