We are looking for a talented and motivated Scrum Master/Project Engineer with leadership experience to join our growing team on the Performance & Decision Analytics - Analytics & Improvements team within the F-35 Sustainment DSA organization. The role will drive consistent Agile practices through the teams, support the Agile Release Train (ART), collaborate with a diverse and talented group of individuals, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.•Be the Agile Scrum Master, taking on all scrum master responsibilities.•Responsible for team metrics - monitoring and implementing improvement initiatives•Coordinate action item and improvement project tracking•Ensuring accurate Agile practices are being followed within the ART•Partnering and supporting Stakeholders and Product Owners in gathering product requirements•Collaborate with other Sustainment disciplines and program personnel•Providing oversight to identifying and resolving bottlenecks and risks•Ensure team cross-training matrixes are current•Being a change agent for Agile transformation•Providing coaching to result in decentralized decision-making, alignment, and coordination•Ensuring that the program is outcome driven•Driving and Supporting PI Planning Events•Ensuring continuous process improvement cadences are value-driven for the solution•Be flexible, motivated, dedicated, detail-focused, team-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking.•Proactively monitoring product team Agile Hive boards within the ART, assist teams to ensure accurate performance reporting.

Basic Qualifications

•Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (Project, Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, etc.) Physics, Data Science, Data Analysis, or Mathematics with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.•Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance to perform job duties•Minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master or in Agile Development and Agile Project Methodology•SAFe Scrum Master Certification•SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification•Proficiency with Jira, Agile Hive, and MS Office tool suite•Experience in data analytics

Ability to work remotely

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $82,200 - $157,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered:

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $94,500 - $178,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered:
