Both. some remote work from home doing training and admin tasks. Primarily field technician work being dispatched to customer sites|Responsibilities : Driving to client sites and providing general IT support to multiple customers/locations (retailers, banks, etc.), running break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients, The level of support will vary depending on the customer
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and maintain composure under pressure. tech will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring that all (SLAs) are met within the required 4 to 6-hour window. This role requires extensive driving, efficient routing, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules
TOP 2: 2-5 years preferred HW repair hands-on (printers, PCs, POS, etc) break-fix, and familiar with the ticketing systemWork schedule : M-F? 8-5? Overtime? On-call?): M-F, 9-6, and will be rotating On-Call, with the possibility of Overtime|Certifications : A+ certification is good to have but not necessary, Lexmark cert and experience are preferred but not necessary, experience with laser printer break-fix and equipment installs a plus, Client Dell Lenovo also desired but not necessaryConversion: $21.00+|Mailes will be driving varies, sometimes longer distances involved but mileage is compensatedLocation: Tucson, AZ 85719
