Senior Technology Project ManagerLocation - Remote
Required:Strong experience project managing field services management and mobile workforce management solutions for utilitiesBachelor's degree (preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field)7+ years of professional experience formally leading projects within a cross-functional environmentStrong experience working within the Software Development Life cycle (SDLC) Waterfall and Iterative modelsAbility to tactfully drive indirect reports and pivot while maintaining order in a fast-paced business environmentExperience providing a service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful outcomesDemonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertivenessExcellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills and the ability to conduct presentations to large groupsStrong relationship building and interpersonal skillsExperienced user of MS Project and MS Office tool set (Word, Excel, Vision, and PowerPoint)Valid driver's licensePreferred:
Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, or Agile certificationExperience working in Software Development and Test OrganizationsMaster's degree (in aforementioned fields)Experience in Energy & Utilities or services industryExperience with SAP implementations or optimizationsExperience with PPM tools (e.g., UMT360, Planview, ServiceNow, Project Server Online, etc.)Experience in a consultative role with an implementation service organization or start-up
