Join Diversicare Healthcare Services today!Responsibilities:Coordinate, report, and post schedules of hourly team membersNotify appropriate personnel of call-ins and assists with securing coverageMaintain accurate attendance records and notifies management of attendance-related issuesAccurately enter and maintain data relative to scheduling using company software programs/OnShiftObtain daily team members staffing requests and fill them efficientlyUphold accurate system for tracking staffing over a variety of shiftsCoordinate team members to meet the organizations requirementsMonitor overtime accumulation and attendance of team membersWork with the payroll manager to verify payroll accuracyProcess team members vacation requestsQualifications:Minimum high school diploma or equivalentOne year of experience in long-term care is preferredStaffing experience and understanding of long term/hospital setting operations
