At Chick-fil-A Ridley & Springfield Park

Position Overview:

Delivery Team Members are responsible for preparing and delivering Catering Delivery and Chick-fil-A Delivery orders. We work as a team to fulfill orders and transport to guests in a safe, timely and friendly manner. Delivery Team Members will perform tasks for Chick-fil-A Delivery and Chick-fil-a Catering Delivery in between assigned orders.

$15.00/hour plus tips. Reimbursed for mileage of personal vehicle and personal cell phone use.

Delivery Team Member Responsibilities:Loading, transporting, and delivering food orders to our guests on time.Follow all food safety standards and CFA procedures when preparing food items for all orders.Collect and package all utensils, condiments, plates, etc. required for orders.Prepare and package food products for Catering orders such as gallon beverages, coffee, CFA nuggets, CFA sandwiches, salads, etc.Verify accuracy in orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.Accepting accurate payments for delivered orders & bringing payment back to the restaurant for deposit.Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling feedback from guests.Limit cell phone use for business needs only.Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.Report and work out of both Springfield Park & Ridley locations as needed and as directed.Responsibilities are not limited to the above list and not limited to CFA Delivery and Catering Delivery.Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license. Clean driving record.Reliable, personal vehicle with valid insurance and registrationOwn and be able to navigate your smartphone for apps required for the position.Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures and transportation laws.Strong time management and customer service skills.Lift and carry heavy items for extended periodsAt least 8 hours of availability on Saturdays
