ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate Manager in our Advisory Services Practice, you will play a valued role on the team with significant exposure to internal and client leadership. As an Associate Manager, you will be expected to:Consulting:Provide strategic guidance and operational support to federal clients.Lead or manage teams to conduct data driven analysis and develop action oriented recommendations to solve client challenges and problems.Lead or manage teams to design and implement solutions that resolve client business challenges and problems.Develop materials and facilitate client meetings that are well designed with an agenda and actions.Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communications across multiple organizational levels.Develop and deliver reports and presentations for senior level audiences.Client Engagement and Management:Manage day-to-day interactions with executive level customers and their stakeholders.Coordinate with REI Engagement Manager(s) to sequence priorities and keep the Engagement Manager and other teammates informed on the progress of work, while escalating risks and issues.Anticipate customer needs and make recommendations for future initiatives and process improvements.Own client deliverables:Oversee and manage assigned workstream(s) to ensure work products and deliverables are provided on schedule and with high-quality.Be the primary author on multiple customer ready deliverables.Take ownership of project deliverables, timelines, and requirements for assigned projects, workstreams, and tasks.Manage work on multiple concurrent projects, workstreams and tasks, ensuring that work meets deadlines, is at required quality levels and at expected REI profitability targets.Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, quality, and professionalism.Excel in a team environment to deliver solutions that meet and exceed our customer needs.Possess exceptional oral, presentation, and written communication skills.Thrive in ambiguity and ability to identify win-win solutions for our customers, aligning multiple stakeholder requirements and customer needs.Manage team members and their work:Support the Engagement Manager in project/task delivery.Supervise and manage the work of team members.Manage and provide input towards performance reviews for team members.Be a role model, coach, and mentor to staff.Have a willingness to share information, train colleagues, and be coachable and open to feedback.Contribute to ASP's Communication Service Offering and business growth:Develop the strategy and plan for maturing the Advisory Service Practice's Communications Service Offering.Lead execution of the plan for maturing ASP's Communication's Service Offering, including the coordination with team members from across the firm to develop marketing collateral and participate in capture efforts.Contribute to organic growth and business development for ASP and support other REI business development initiatives.Author sections of technical responses for proposals.

QualificationsRequired:5 or more years of relevant experience.A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Ability to obtain a Federal clearance.Previous experience in initializing, developing, implementing and maturing a Communications Service Offering for a services organization.Previous experience in initializing, developing, implementing and a communications strategy and plan at a Departmental level or above.Previous experience at a federal consulting firm.Preferred:A master's degree in a relevant field.Managed teams up to 5 people.Education:
