Please note: This is a transactional attorney position that requires attorneys to be on-site five days per week at the Salt Lake City, UT office. Their team is dedicated to preserving wealth and ensuring peace of mind for their clients, offering a blend of legal expertise and tailored service that sets them apart in the industry.Job Description:Draft and review Estate Planning documents
to ensure clients' assets are protected and efficiently transferred.Prepare and analyze entity formation documents
for LLCs, Corporations (both for- and non-profit), LPs, etc.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts
that meet clients' legal and business needs.Serve as general counsel to business owners , providing strategic advice and legal guidance on various matters.Conduct legal due diligence
and offer strategic counsel to clients to navigate complex transactions and planning.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
from an accredited law school.Active admission to the bar
with the ability to practice law.Minimum of 1 year of experience
in legal practice, with a focus on estate planning and business transactions.Strong team player
with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.Excellent research and analytical skills
with high attention to detail.Proficient in legal administrative tasks , including document management and organization.Outstanding communication skills , both written and verbal.Why is This a Great Opportunity:Competitive salary
