5794You are an expert facilitator: you open doors, foster communication, and bridge the gap.In this role, you will operate as the subject-matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues affecting the clients’ product. Educate HCPs and their staff on matters related to reimbursement, access, and coverage to facilitate appropriate patient access. You will:Analyze access/reimbursement issues and opportunitiesProvide access/reimbursement education to field teamsCoordinate on access/reimbursement issues with third parties including hubsSupport patient access to the products by providing subject matter expertise on reimbursement issues that may be barriers to product accessMinimum Requirements:Minimum 5 years' experience in field reimbursement, field sales, payer marketing, patient support programs and/or reimbursement hub programsExtensive knowledge of payer and health systemsMust live within territory or within territory boundaries.Desired Requirements:Advanced degreeKnowledge of specialty pharmacy dynamics, buy and bill process, and Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D, as well as Medicaid and Commercial PayersDemonstrated ability to educate offices on access and reimbursement processesExhibit competent understanding of hub activitiesThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $155,000 to $165,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
