Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the Elements business – Photoshop Elements, Premiere Elements, and the bundle of the two products.Annual and quarterly budget planning.Marketing and promotional planning and execution.In-product communications plan.Product planning.Revenue responsibility.Lead all aspects of launch execution with cross-functional teams.Work closely with the retail channel and OEM sales teams.Collaborate with product managers to drive new features for each annual release and develop product plans.Manage Direct Marketing Manager to develop new user, upgrade, and trial conversion emails.Develop social, paid media, and search campaigns.Create new feature and overview videos for launch.Analyze results and optimize programs.Manage creative agency for all creative deliverables.Oversee Web Experience Manager, responsible for all Adobe.com web page layout, development, and execution.Execute quarterly promotions.Drive launch updates, localization, and launch day execution.Test and optimize web pages.Conduct analytics and optimizations.

Requirements:BA/BS degree preferred OR 7+ years in Product Marketing or marketing.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Strong results orientation combined with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.Ability to think strategically as well as manage hands-on execution.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $117,900 -- $209,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
