Job Title: Senior Paralegal Contract SpecialistLocation: Torrey Pines, San Diego, CAContract Duration: 6+ MonthsLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal Contract Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in contract law to join our client’s team in Torrey Pines for a 6+ month contract assignment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our legal department, handling a wide range of contract-related matters, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and amendmentsAssist with the deployment and management of our contract management software, including data entry, document tracking, and generating reportsConduct legal research and provide contract-related analysis to support internal teamsMaintain and organize contract records, ensuring proper documentation and filingAssist in dispute resolution, risk assessments, and compliance with relevant lawsCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage deadlines and ensure contract obligations are metQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, with a focus on contract mattersStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksAssociate degree or paralegal certificate is preferredVendor contract experience is requiredTransactional experience is requiredExposure to software, SaaS, technology, and services contracts is preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systemsWorking Hours:40 hours per weekFull-timeOnsiteMonday- Friday8:00am-5:00pm PSTDetails:6+ month contract roleLocated in Torrey Pines, San Diego, CACompensation: $88,000-$105,000 annually DOEIf you have the qualifications above and are interested in this opportunity, then please apply now.
