This role will serve as an expert and collaborator with the Resuscitation program leadership, instructors, and team members. The Business Intelligence Specialist will be actively involved in the planning of resuscitation classes, establishing course schedule, and securing adequate equipment inventory. Using in-depth knowledge of mandatory training requirements, the position will communicate directly with ambulatory and clinical unit leaders, and team members. The analyst will create reports from complex quality data, identify trends and patterns, and support performance improvement projects to optimize outcomes.This position will utilize the learning management system for course scheduling, as well as obtain reports to evaluate compliance, forecast growth/increased training needs, and identify trends and patterns. The position will also utilize quality improvement methods to implement process improvements and make recommendations for solutions/efficiencies and implement changes in processes and procedures. In collaboration with program leadership, they will develop reports and dashboards and present the information to stakeholders to support HR compliance and organization growth and outcomes.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Seven years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor's degree in related area plus three years of related experience/training. Relevant experience - quality improvement, education program development or oversight.Advanced knowledge of managing data, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess problems, develop effective solutions, and resolve issues quickly.Advanced organizational and project management skills to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and see projects through from inception to completion on schedule.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner to a range of leadership and clinical staff.Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with a broad range of professional and technical staff.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior healthcare experience.Experience or knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS).Experience or knowledge of ART/BART program and training requirements.Competent with Microsoft Office programs.SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.Pay Transparency ActAnnual Full Pay Range: $85,400 - $156,800 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)Hourly Equivalent: $40.90 - $75.10Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
