In this role, you'll lead the planning and execution of consumer-centric creative and social activation that drives brand equity, awareness, and sales objectives across Casey's 2,600+ store locations. This individual’s team is responsible for the creation and execution of all in-house and external creative strategy and execution. The Sr. Marketing Manager, Brand will also lead Casey’s social media strategy, implementation, and measurement.

What You'll Do:

Partner with Omni-Channel Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations to develop, plan, and execute an integrated omni-channel marketing strategy aligned to overall sales objectives.

Leverage consumer and business insights to develop integrated agency and creative briefs in collaboration with Director, Brand Marketing.

Ensure Casey’s brand positioning, tone, style, and standards are adhered to in all campaigns and communication channels.

Manage social media strategy and implementation. Oversee external creative and influencer agencies to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.

Analyze and report social channel and activation performance to quantify the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learnings.

Responsible for internal creative services management and process optimization.

Compile creative review presentations and status updates for leadership in conjunction with the Marketing Manager, Creative Operations.

Manage the annual planning process for omnichannel and sales planning process, including strategic and tactical plan development.

Forecast and manage budgets in alignment with Merchandising, Ops, and Omni-channel priorities.

Responsible for hiring, training, salary administration, performance management, coaching, and corrective actions for direct reports. Responsible for collaborating with team members on career development and goal setting. Acts as a champion of a committed and empowering culture, working with direct reports and team members on modeling Casey’s values.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and/or related field.

Minimum of nine years of relevant experience in omnichannel marketing required.

Strong knowledge of all accepted principles and practices of brand strategy, social media, advertising, agency management, and promotional programs.

Possess both strategy and conceptual thinking, and proven track record of leading projects from research through insights to concept and tactical launch planning.

Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, and must be highly creative, solutions-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects and initiatives while consistently demonstrating forward progress.

Strong intuition, ability to “connect the dots”; navigates ambiguity while possessing clear financial competency and using fact-based argument to support recommendations.

Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships, manage stakeholders and be responsive and persuasive to all levels of the organization.
