Position Overview:

Gravity is actively seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale ServiceNow HRSD implementation project. This role will collaborate with the project manager from the system implementer’s team, ensuring all client activities are managed according to the overall project plan. The successful candidate will oversee the project and change management processes, ensuring alignment with HR Operations’ vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead HRSD Implementation Project:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale ServiceNow HRSD implementation in collaboration with the system implementer’s project manager. Ensure that all activities required by the client are managed according to the overall project plan.

Knowledge Asset Strategy:

Evaluate and develop comprehensive strategies for knowledge assets, supporting HR Operations.

Phased Self-Service Development:

Design and implement a phased Self-Service approach for each project phase.

Taxonomy and Knowledge Organization:

Partner with the system implementer to develop taxonomy and forward-looking knowledge organization strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Lead teams to align with the knowledge strategy, organizing and standardizing content to enhance platform utilization and self-service capabilities.

Operational Content Governance:

Develop sustainable governance strategies for operational content post-implementation.

Project and Change Management Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive project and change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of ServiceNow HRSD. This includes creating and maintaining detailed project plans and timelines in line with client standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and finalize the project team structure in partnership with the client leadership and system implementer.

Risk Management:

Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Change Management:

Facilitate change management activities, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and training programs.

Leadership and Communication:

Provide leadership to the project team, conducting regular status meetings and delivering updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in project/change management for ServiceNow HRSD implementations, with multiple implementation projects completed.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of HR processes and ServiceNow HRSD functionalities.

Leadership:

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Tools:

Proficiency in project and change management tools and methodologies.

Certifications:

PMP, Prosci, or similar certifications are highly desirable. SN HRSD Implementer Certification is preferred but not required.
