Coordinates schedules and directs all administrative functions and programs of the CARE House- Children’s Advocacy Center. Develops and maintains interagency coordination and cooperation in the case management of child abuse cases. Coordinates a multidisciplinary team approach to child abuse investigation involving medical personnel, child protection workers, law enforcement, prosecutors, therapists, victim advocates and volunteers. Supervises CARE House staff, acts as community liaison, and represents CARE House in all public relations/media activities. Also provides administrative oversight and management support for Warren County Child Advocacy Center and Michael's House Greene County Child Advocacy Center. Participates on a variety of community committees, including the Child Death Prevention Committee. Staffs the Operation Committee, Administrative Committee and the Executive Steering Committee, including recommending and implementing policies and procedures.Education:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited program required; Masters preferred.Experience:

3-5 years in leadership as a social worker supervisor or operational leadership required. Working knowledge, experience and expertise in child abuse preferred. Treatment, management, supervision, grant writing experience preferred. Skill in networking between agencies and professions preferred. Ability to speak to large groups to provide training and fundraising preferred.Certifications and Licensures:

LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LISW-S, or LPCC-S strongly preferred.Department Specific Job Details:
