We are looking for an experienced Project Control Analyst with a government contracting background.Duties
Analyze monthly production plans considering capacity constraints in assigned portfolios.Update planning models in the system based on market demand and supply capacities.Coordinate monthly planning activities for contract government entities.Collect, synthesize, and document requirements following standards to ensure clear communication with business stakeholders and IT internal stakeholders, such as the scrum team.Report project status updates to PMO to help senior leadership understand current state, next steps, and project timelines.Work with Technical Leads to develop solutions that align with defined business logic, goals, and objectives, and determine the technical and operational feasibility of said solution.Identify and report the impact of proposed software solutions on other systems and workflows.Develop diagrams and flowcharts to assist the development team in their understanding of the software development solution.Requirements
2+ years of finance/accounting experience in Federal Government contracting is required.2+ years of experience working with Deltek Costpoint is required.Thorough knowledge of finance policies, practices, and systems.Ability to independently gather required information to organize and perform financial analysis assignments.Proven ability to effectively present information verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.Proven ability using spreadsheet and database software for complex financial analysis, fiscal management, and financial reports.Proven interpersonal skills with peers throughout the organization; strong service orientation and critical thinking skills; and attention to detail.
