Collaborate across category teams to integrate procurement processes and systems.Lead team of Buyers, creating an efficient process flow.Ensure adherence to procedures and policies, educating stakeholders and suppliers on policy compliance.Implement accurate reporting in support of business goals.Drive continuous improvement to P2P process.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of program or project management experience.5+ years of supply chain experience.Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
