The Talent Acquisition Partner will provide strategic recruiting efforts for acquiring top level talent for Simplot’s job openings. This person will develop effective talent acquisition strategies that create value for our stakeholders and a positive experience for our candidates. In this role you will build, engage and manage internal and external pipelines aligned with the business talent strategy as part of our talent management efforts. Talent Partners at this level are supporting full time salaried roles in IT, Finance/Accounting, Procurement and other Corporate Functions. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in an individual contributor position, but can also work as part of a team supporting all Simplot business groups and locations. The position manages the full-cycle recruitment process from creating requisitions to new hire onboarding.Key Responsibilities

Partner with Managers, HR, Facilities and other staff to successfully manage an end to end recruiting process.Build relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their business and serve as a trusted advisor to guide them through the hiring process.Effectively manage internal and external candidates and deliver a positive candidate experience.Engage, educate and train the organization to effectively participate in the talent acquisition process.Identify and support continuous improvement activities and initiatives across the function.Manage inputs to regional talent pool, work to fully leverage talent across all businesses and regions.Promote organization and market opportunities; develop stakeholders into marketing ambassadors.Identify, share and implement best practices within the discipline.Participate in developing key processes and deliver consistent talent acquisition practices; demonstrate ability to flex and adapt practices based upon the business environment.Leverage technology and data to stay on top of market trends and best practices.Supervise daily work of the Talent Coordinator in a Regional Hub (Talent Partner).Typical Education

Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a 4 year college or university.3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.Experience working with an ATS (SAP SuccessFactors is preferred).Candidates should have excellent communication, organization and business savvy.Job Requisition ID : 19912Travel Required : Less than 10%Country:
