Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development/ Division Manager to lead our company's growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients in the Oil and Gas industry for Colorado. Must have existing O&G experience and client base in Colorado. Existing O&G construction relationships and opportunities.
Duties
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Lead business development efforts by identifying potential clients and markets.
Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate contracts and close deals.
Oversee project management for new business initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and account management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Existing client and sales experience in O&G construction, midstream or downstream projects for Colorado.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strategic planning capabilities to drive long-term growth objectives.
Outstanding customer relationship management skills.
