Collects rent, pays bills, schedules and keeps track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals.Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants.Research local rental rates and calculate costs so pricing is in line with current market conditions.Monitor all new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth.Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes.Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly.Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards.Qualifications:

Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills.B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required.Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.Minimum 5 years experience in Residential Property Management.Current California Real Estate License.A very strong moral & ethical foundation - integrity.Professional Appearance.Ability to work very hard.A high degree of self-confidence tempered by humility.Strong attention to detail and organization.This is not an on-site position.Ability to manage properties throughout San Diego County.Must have own vehicle. Includes mileage reimbursement.Compensation:

$70,000 - $80,000 yearly
