DIRECTOR OF MEDICALLY FRAGILE HOME
Director position available for Registered Nurse (BSN preferred) with management and leadership skills to coordinate nursing services at Mid-Step Services home for individuals who are medically fragile.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating nursing services.
Staff orientations, supervision, evaluation, and education.
Understanding of nursing principles with skills in assessment, diagnosis, care plans, and programming.
Minimum Requirements:
At least three years nursing experience.
Experience working with people who are medically fragile preferred.
