Talent Acquisition Partner , you'll recruit top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization.What you'll do:

Identify and implement sourcing strategies to fill highly skilled hourly/technical roles such as machinists and weldersProvide a full range of recruitment and selection support to the management team to achieve best hiring results that deliver business strategies and goalsManage candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Conduct thorough technical prescreeningLeverage professional networks, social media, and other tools to proactively source candidatesProvide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate throughout the processNegotiate offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience with competing for top talentPosition Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent5 years of talent acquisition experienceDesired Characteristics:

Bachelor's degreeCorporate recruitment experience in the aviation or aerospace industryExperience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for sourcing, tracking, and managing the candidate workflow; ORC / Fusion experience is a plusProficient with MS Office SuitePrevious experience recruiting for postings at all levels (operations/technical, professional & leadership roles)Ability to work collaboratively with HR professionals and Hiring ManagersExcellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple recruitment requisitions and competing prioritiesProvide accurate, actionable feedback and coaching to Hiring ManagersStrong process orientation, attention to detail, time management, and organization skillsSelf-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervisionMust be authorized to work in the USBenefits that make life better:
