Planning and Scheduling Development Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelops and documents planning and scheduling solution projects, and designs and implements bug fixes.Performs planning and scheduling solution tests on code and enhancements.Supports services team for planning and scheduling solution deployment.Interfaces with internal/external customers for requirements analysis, issues, and schedule.Troubleshoots a variety of difficult planning and scheduling problems.Functional KnowledgeExperience using factory productivity software (such as AutoSched, APF RTD platform or competitor/home-grown solutions) to drive KPI improvements.Experience in optimization tools and their application to planning problems.Understanding of AI/ML/Data Science technologies.Understanding of advanced visualization capabilities.Understanding of software development principles.Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing logistics and data flow.Business ExpertiseHas knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.LeadershipActs as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.Problem SolvingSolves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.ImpactImpacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies.Interpersonal SkillsExplains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.Collaborates with remote and distributed teams.EducationMaster's Degree or Doctor's Degree in industrial engineering or computer science.Experience15 years.QualificationsEducation:
