Corporate Tax Associate Attorney

Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate tax associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The candidate should have experience in transactional tax matters including mergers, acquisitions, financings, and investments (both debt and equity). Experience with executive compensation joint ventures and restructurings is a plus. Must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction. Must have a Juris Doctor degree. Strong research and writing skills are required.
