Demonstrate proficiency in delivering accurate and efficient mold designs.Provide advanced technical guidance concerning injection molding processes.Oversee the entire injection molding process to guarantee adherence to proper practices, high part quality, and overall customer satisfaction.Mentor injection mold operators, imparting best practices and troubleshooting skills for machinery.Keep leadership informed with regular updates on injection molding activities, highlighting successes and addressing roadblocks.Collaborate with team members on new product development, specifically concerning its impact on injection molding capabilities.Engage with cross-functional teams for design reviews and ensure effective project execution.Possess knowledge of mold bases and standardsWhat You Will Bring to Derrick:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical degree preferred.A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the injection molding industry is required.Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in injection mold process troubleshooting, development, and execution.Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other relevant internal software programs is essential.Experience using design software, including Inventor and Moldflow or similar software.Necessary experience in injection molding, particularly with various types of injection materials.
