Houston, TexasSalesforce Developer:Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Salesforce Developer to join their team!

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to take over and support an ongoing project, continuing to enhance and maintain critical systems. The primary responsibilities include supporting the sales team with CRM solutions and overseeing an internal Point of Sales system for sales of parts within the organization. This position involves both development and administrative tasks, with a focus on Salesforce, including Lightning Web Components, Community Portals, and integrations. The initial system was developed in collaboration with Deloitte, and the goal is to replace that team with an internal resource who can manage and evolve the system effectively.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of an existing Salesforce project, providing support and enhancements.Support internal sales teams with CRM solutions.Manage and maintain a Point of Sales system developed for internal use.Work on the Salesforce Community Portal (Experience Cloud) using Lightning Web Components.Collaborate with multiple developers across different branches to ensure smooth code integration and development processes.Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including security management, Single Sign-On (SSO), and working closely with business units or middle parties.Manage custom objects and workflows in Salesforce (APEX).Understand integrations with other systems, ensuring seamless operations (Mulesoft experience is a plus, though training will be provided if necessary).Ensure code quality and efficient merging without overriding existing code in multi-developer environments.Required Qualifications & Experience:

Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).Experience building community portals or websites using Lightning Web Components.Familiarity with CloudCraze (Salesforce B2B Commerce) and Salesforce CRM.Proficient in APEX coding for workflows and customizations in Salesforce.Understanding of integrations and their impact, even if not directly involved in coding them.Experience working with custom objects on the Salesforce platform and managing Salesforce Community licenses.Knowledge of Salesforce administration, including security, Single Sign-On (SSO), and user management.Ability to collaborate with developers across various branches to coordinate and merge code effectively.Strong communication and problem-solving skills to work closely with internal teams and external partners.Perks & Benefits:

The role is a contract-to-hire position, with an initial contract period of 3-6 months.The salary is competitive, with a conversion to a permanent role available based on performance.Training in MuleSoft and other necessary tools will be provided if needed.
