ACE offers a variety of solutions and services for tackling cybersecurity in new and existing industrial environments, at any stage of the project lifecycle. Services we provide our customers focus on the implementation of cybersecurity controls on OT systems and the processes required to sustainably support security.

As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer at ACE, you will deliver projects to customers. Your primary job functions will include:

Designing, deploying, and documenting new networks and Windows servers that help monitor and control industrial and manufacturing processes.Assessing existing customer server and network environments, identifying assets and data flows, and developing recommendations for leveraging modern best practices to improve reliability and security.Implementing OT network and cybersecurity measures such as intrusion detection systems to safeguard OT devices.Performing sys admin tasks such as patching and troubleshooting issues impacting the critical functions of OT systemsLeading project teams comprised of ACE engineering resources in different remote offices.Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical direction.Meeting with Project Managers to assess project's statuses and customer satisfaction.Communicating with customers, both at the office and on-site, to present your work and come up with unique solutions.Traveling to customer sites to implement and test project deliverables or to assess built environments.The successful senior engineering applicant will have opportunities for advancement into ACE's senior leadership organization. Experience

Minimum Five (5) years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and networkingDemonstrated expertise resolving challenges with Windows-based systems and Active DirectoryDemonstrated expertise supporting switches, routers, and firewallsFamiliarity with virtualizationPrefer experience in OT, industrial automation, manufacturing, utilities, or energyPreferred Qualifications:

Prior project leadership experienceCisco Certified Network Associate Industrial or equivalent a plusPrior project leadership experienceManufacturing cybersecurity certification such as GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert, or equivalent a plusSkills

Using both oral and written communications, be able to create a story for customers on risk and benefits of current environment including cybersecurity postureAbility to translate control requirements into configurations on a variety of devices, from embedded-style controllers to specialized network switches, to serversPerform expert-level computing and network design, implementation, and maintenance activities under minimal directionImplement and troubleshoot setup, deployment, and changes in air-gapped Windows server and workstation systems, routers, and firewallsUse Microsoft Active Directory for user and group management, craft security through group policies, and use WSUS for patchingConfigure Cisco and other manufacturer network gear using GUI and command line interfacesDisplays a positive and professional demeanorDemonstrates a flexible and cooperative working styleRequirements

Willing to work off-hours when requiredMust possess a valid driver's licenseWilling to submit to drug testing and/or background checks as mandated for a) employment, and b) customer contract requirements
