This is an ownership role with equity compensation commensurate with results. This can be done part/full time depending on your current situation.
Responsibilities
Manage social media including but not limited to: content creation (video, photo, and copy), platform optimization, posting several pieces of content daily on multiple platformsDevelop and own marketing plan and budget, including: Organic, Digital, Direct Response, Email, text, Event, Paid digital, etc.Manage digital ads through multiple platforms and testing/adjustingWork with the B2B team and develop marketing material to support outreach effortsRequirements
At least 2 years of digital advertising through major platforms in a local market (Meta, google, etc)Minimum 2 years experience in content creation and social media posting in a B2C environmentProven success growing a brand, with retail B2C a huge plusBODY20Most people know you only use 10% of your brain.
