As a key member of their finance department, you'll play a crucial role in handling month-end close processes, managing accounts payable and providing insightful reporting to support their continued growth and success.
Staff Accountant Responsibilities:Own the month-end close process with precision and accuracy, ensuring timely and accurate financial reportingManage accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, payment approvals and vendor communicationPrepare and analyze financial reports and statements, providing valuable insights to drive decision-makingCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and communicationContribute to process improvements and efficiencies, driving continuous improvement in finance operations
Staff Accountant Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industryStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with experience in month-end close processes and financial reportingProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
