Job Description
MAXISIQ is seeking a highly experienced Business Operations Specialist (SME )
to provide expert-level guidance in optimizing and managing key operational processes within a DoD environment. The SME will serve as the go-to authority in business operations, offering deep insights and technical expertise to solve complex operational challenges, improve efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. These are full-time roles located on Redstone Arsenal, AL with work anticipated mid December 2024 upon award.
Duties involved with this role:Provide high-level advice and recommendations to optimize processes and solve complex problems.Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that business operations align with strategic goals and objectives.Develop best practices, frameworks, and standards to optimize operational workflows.Act as a subject matter advisor for project managers and teams, offering technical and operational insights to drive success.Provide detailed reports and recommendations to leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making.Develop and refine operational policies and procedures to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.Foster knowledge transfer within the organization, ensuring that teams are equipped with the necessary skills and understanding to succeed.Qualifications
Clearance Requirement: Active or current Secret level clearance minimum
Recognized as an Industry Leader, experience encompasses
Proven track record of delivering expert-level solutions in a highly specialized domainStrong data analysis capabilities and experience with business intelligence tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to address complex operational challengesProven ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior leadership to drive operational improvements.Ability to mentor and train junior team members.
