Job Summary Engineering Summer Interns experience real-life projects with hands-on participation in Murphy's core businesses during the 12-week summer internship. They will work with a mentor and a group of other professionals to make recommendations for further activities related to engineering and/or operations. Interns will have the opportunity to interact with other interns and Murphy professionals working on a variety of projects to learn about all aspects of the industry. Engineering Summer Internship positions are available in our Reservoir, Production, Facilities, Drilling, Completions, Reliability, Integrity, and Project Engineering teams located in Murphy Oil Corp's corporate office in Houston, Texas. Qualifications/Requirements Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering. Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university program for the duration of the 2024 internship Minimum twelve (12) continuous weeks' availability for internship Candidates for this U.S. position must be a U.S. citizen or national, or an alien admitted as permanent resident, refugee or asylee.
