Job Description:Responsibilities:
Develop new user-facing featuresBuild reusable code and libraries for future useEnsure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designsOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalabilityAssure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end servicesDevelop ADA compliant applicationsCollaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Skills:
5+ years experience with JavaScript; strong knowledge of its quirks and workarounds5+ years experience of web markup, including HTML and CSSStrong understanding of ReactJS and NodeJSGood understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates and promisesGood understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issuesGood understanding of unit testing frameworks such as JestFamiliarity with front-end build tools such as WebpackProficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GitGood understanding of browser rendering and performance
