Position Summary

The Salesforce Architect is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define functional requirements and implement end-to-end solutions. This role will implement Salesforce standard functionality and customizations that streamline and automate Offerpad's processes and information flows, in conjunction with other business applications. This role will focus on growth strategy, enhanced user experiences, and engagement through the entire customer lifecycle.

Essential FunctionsDevelop and implement Salesforce declarative solutions, customizations, applications, extensions and integrations to deliver solutions that impact multiple platforms and products.Work on other applications and technologies that interact with Salesforce. Includes but not limited to the Data pipelines to Salesforce, Communication Channels (Telephony, Chat, Email Marketing, SMS) and other business applications.Build Salesforce solutions on Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud.Collaborate with Product on the best approach for a given problem, evaluating out-of-the-box approaches and customizations.Participate in design, estimating work, be part of group code review sessions and have your code reviewed.Contribute to data management and modeling.Develop and improve our CI/CD workflow tools and processes.Perform test automation.Deploy changes to development and production environments.Promote inner sourcing.Build innovating automation using Salesforce Technology (Flows, Lightning Components, APEX, Webservices/ Integrations) and the latest versions of Business Applications.Support the business in evaluating business applications to integrate into our ecosystem.Remain current with Salesforce new releases, technologies, best practices and drive opportunities for adoption.Create and maintain documentation on processes, application configuration, and training material for users, beginning with Salesforce, but extending to other business applications.Log and track identified system problems through resolution.Perform analysis on data as required.Provide application users with technical support.Train and mentor additional developers / admins.Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of Salesforce project development experienceExperience building integrations between Salesforce and external applicationsExperience with SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, Apex, CSSExperience working as an architect for using or implementing SFDCFunctional experience translating business processes into Salesforce application flowsWillingness to prototype in other tools/technologies outside of the core SFDC ecosystemExperience in end-to-end project implementationExperience mentoring and growing team members to full time developmentLightning, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud ExperienceHigh EQ (emotional intelligence) and ability to effectively work well with others, fostering a great, collaborative, and fun environment, even amidst technical challengesExperience using LWC and Visualforce to create delightful user experiences with integrationsExperience on Agile teams and interest in collaborating closely with the businessPreferred Qualifications

SFDC CertificationsExperience in Artificial IntelligenceKnowledge of Azure and other Microsoft Cloud servicesReal Estate knowledge
