Description
Seeking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Automation Tester to validate our Mulesoft Platform and build automation scripts to run these applications.Automation Testing:Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data.Collaborate with developers to understand application functionalities and identify test scenarios.
CI/CD Integration:Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.Ensure automated tests are run as part of the build process and provide immediate feedback on code quality.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipeline failures and test environment setup.
Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with development, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing input on test planning, estimation, and execution.Communicate test results, defects, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Continuous Improvement:Advocate for best practices in testing and quality assurance, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and tools.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in automation testing and DevOps practices.Mentor and guide junior QA testers in automation and CI/CD practices.
Qualifications :
Must have QA Automation and CI/CD knowledgeAutomation test using Katalon, Selenium, and CucumberDevops tools like Eco, Jenkins and stages of CI/CD pipelines.Unix/Linux, Python, groovy and/or Shell scriptingDynatrace (required), Grafana, Kibana, ELK tools.Agile software development practices.Mulesoft knowledge is a Plus.A strong background in DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.A passion for quality assurance, automation, and continuous improvement, ensuring our software products are reliable, scalable, and of the highest qualityExperience with automation and familiarity with tools like Cucumber, Selenium, or other automation scripting technologies.Experience in scripting with basic knowledge of programming languages for developing and writing simple scripts for testing efficiency and repeatability.Proactive with strong problem-solving skills that serve them in testing software, identification of bugs, and initiative to proactively create tickets for issues.Must be familiar working in collaborative environment and with working with a project manager/scrum master
