Requirements
IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications, as well as virtual environments built on Microsoft Hyper-VSupport services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Office 365, etc.Implement and support disaster recovery solutions such as VeeamTechnical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, WiFi and securityRemote access solution support: VPN, Remote Desktop Services, and CitrixAdditional Duties and Responsibilities
Improve customer service, perception, and satisfactionAbility to work in a team and communicate effectivelyWork through a daily schedule in ConnectWise that has been established through the dispatch processEnter all work as service tickets into ConnectWiseKnowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required

Professional IT Certifications, from vendors such as: Microsoft, CompTIA, Citrix, SonicWALLDiagnosis skills of technical issuesNetwork fundamentals and troubleshootingAbility to multi-task and adapt to changes quicklyTyping skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request detailsSelf-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environmentPhysical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and listen. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to stand, walk, and drive or ride in a motor vehicle. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Must have the ability to travel, sometimes with short notice and be able to provide after-hours support and weekend support as needed.
