You will be primarily responsible for managing general ledger tasks, preparing accurate and timely financial statements, and supporting the monthly closing process to ensure compliance in all financial reporting processes for the organization. The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of accounting experience and is fluent in Mandarin, which will be beneficial for collaborating with the team in China and other entities, though it's not required for the role.

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $90,000 / year DOE

Senior Accountant Responsibilities Requirements:

3-6+ years of accounting experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or BusinessProficiency in Excel (formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reportingExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience in manufacturing is preferredCPA certification is preferredBackground in public accounting is preferredExperience with large enterprise ERP systems (SAP training available) is preferredMandarin language skills is preferred (but not required)Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate general ledger balances, including month-end close and journal entriesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statementsPerform timely and accurate monthly closing, and prepare reporting packages for HQ in ChinaHandle Accounts Receivable tasks, including adjustments to unique invoices based on customer contractsPrepare various account reconciliations and analyses to ensure accuracy and complianceAssist in revenue forecasting and managing delivery schedulesUtilize Excel for financial data analysis, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tablesLearn and use SAP for managing financial processes (training provided)Coordinate and respond to financial requests from the Group in ChinaSupport tax filings and audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulationsTake on additional responsibilities as assigned by the managerBenefits:
