Darigold is seeking a dynamic leader and growth-oriented brand marketer to join us in continuing to build Darigold into a world-class brand and marketing team. As a member of the Darigold brand team, you will lead brand-building, portfolio and innovation strategies for Darigold's Value-Added Milk portfolio. As Brand Manager, you will also be a strategic voice of the customer within the Darigold organization while also being accountable for your marketing and portfolio performance. A successful candidate will be a strategic, data-led decision maker who is collaborative and highly capable of delivering results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What You Will Do:

Champion the Darigold brand with consumers, customers and internal stakeholders.Leverage consumer insights to craft winning brand marketing and innovation strategies.Evaluate business performance unlock superior P&L and market performance growth for Darigold's branded Value-Added Milk portfolio.Monitor business performance, identify actions needed and implement action plan on business metrics (market share, volume and revenue trends and drivers and competitive performance).Develop, validate and gain internal alignment for all elements of the marketing mix: products (features and benefits, innovation), price, promotion and financial performance.Provide engaging leadership and coaching for 1-2 associate/senior brand managers.Lead agency partners in developing best-in-class brand building communications, advertising and shopper marketing initiatives.Partner with Consumer Insights partners to conduct quantitative and qualitative market research.Lead and collaborate with cross-functional team to assess feasibility, commercialize and launch winning innovation and renovation platforms.Develop sell stories and customer marketing plans to accelerate omni-channel distribution and performance of the Darigold brand.Support leadership in annual and long-term strategic planning.Be a positive and visible leader within the Darigold organization.Build inclusive, high-performing and engaged teams.What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred.7+ years of progressively advancing brand management and/or marketing experience.2+ years of team leadership and/or supervisory experience.Food & Beverage and/or CPG industry experience, preferred.Strategic thinker with demonstrated results developing and executing strategic marketing, portfolio optimization and new product development initiatives.Demonstrated marketing and financial acumen with P&L management experience.Strong drive for results, interpersonal skills and cross-functional team leadership experience.Inventive problem solver with good understanding of consumer insights and primary research concepts and tactics (e.g. concept testing, focus groups, attitudinal, home use testing, etc.)An entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset and spirit.Clear communication and analytical skills with the ability to story tell.Skilled leader, coach and motivator, enabling and developing high performing teams.Benefits of Working at Darigold:
