Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time position, working 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. This position occasionally requires working on-call, and weekend work.
Base + Commission:
This position offers a base salary plus a commission structure. Salary range listed refers only to the base salary portion of pay package.1. Quarterly, you will receive a 2% incentive on gross profit of revenue collected for projects managed directly by you and received in full of a gross profit of 30% or higher. To be eligible for incentive, the projects managed by you the quarter prior must average a gross profit of 30%. 2. Managed projects are projects managed by you from project inception date to the project completion date.

Job Description:
Manage the day-to-day operations of reconstruction projects. Deliver a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in performing reconstruction services.
Responsibilities:
Perform final walk-through with customer and secure a signed Completion of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customerConduct pre-construction meetings with customersSet expectations and provide project updates (daily narrative) to customers and subcontractorsSchedule all subcontractors and material suppliersEnsure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of workDocument all project activities in the job bookMaintain quality standards through site inspectionsProvide evaluation and rating of all vendors and subcontractorsCoordinate inspections with local jurisdictionIdentify areas outside of the contracted scope of workQualifications:
Superb customer service track recordEffective written and oral communicationExperience in restoration and/or constructionHigh school diploma/GEDProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredAbility to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug screen subject to applicable law.Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
Exposure to extreme conditions such as heatWalking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbingAbility to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
