RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coach, train and lead team to adhere to office processes & expectations.Assess & refine office operations to best serve customers evolving needs.Follow Quality Control procedures and perform internal checks to ensure adherence.Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products.Actively recruit new team members and participate in recruiting, on-boarding, training, disciplinary processes.Participate in community events, networking functions, and visits to local businesses to foster strong relationships within the community.QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listeningHighly organized and detail-orientedExperience in customer service requiredExperience in managing customer service preferredExperience in sales preferredProactive in problem-solvingAble to work in and manage a team environmentExperience in Windows computer applicationsAble to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.Able to succeed in a fast-paced environmentAble to obtain Property and Casualty LicenseAble to obtain Life and Health LicenseBENEFITS:
