Collaboratively creates, aligns, and implements a program informed by state and national guidelines and research-based best practicesProvides leadership in planning, promoting, and sustaining the school library program, services, and resourcesParticipates in the development and implementation of the school improvement planModels and leads 21st-century teaching and learning concepts and strategiesProvides professional development on integrating information and instructional technology into all curricular areasModels high ethical standards and educates students, teachers, and other members of the school community on the use of best practices in copyright, ethical access and use of resources, and digital citizenshipAdvocates for effective media programsLearning Environment
