Our client is a leading law firm specialized in the financial sector. We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Marketing Proposal Specialist
to join their Marketing Department on a contract basis. This role is critical in supporting business development efforts, focusing on managing the proposal development process and creating marketing content that aligns with brand strategy.
This is a contract position and will have remote flexibility to those not located in Illinois. If you are in Illinois, this is a hybrid role.
Marketing Proposal Specialist Responsibilities:
Manage the development and submission of RFPs with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are metCollaborate with internal stakeholders to gather accurate and consistent proposal contentEnsure proposal content adheres to RFP guidelines and effectively represents the firm's capabilitiesDevelop and update marketing materials, including attorney bios and practice descriptions, in line with the firm's brand and strategyAdapt and format content for pitches, presentations, brochures and other marketing channels according to firm templates
Marketing Proposal Specialist Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications and/or related fieldProven experience in proposal writing and familiarity with proposal best practices within the professional services industryFinancial Writing experience is required with samples to shareExceptional attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlinesStrong analytical skills, with the capacity to draw conclusions from data, perform fact-checking, assess implications and make recommendationsHigh level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive informationProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (InDesign proficiency is a plus)
