We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our

Stamping Engineering - Dies

team and work with Die Engineers and Launch Manager, setting standards and work processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong Communication Skills and be able to work independently and collaboratively to ensure our systems are functioning efficiently.

Role/Responsibilities:Develop end of line studies for brand new, state of the art stamping facilityDocument the system integration process, including process flow, multidirectional product flow and time studiesAssist with troubleshooting system issues and identifying solutionsCommunicate regularly with senior engineers and other team members to provide progress updates and receive feedbackParticipate in team meetings and contribute to team projects as neededPreferred Qualifications:

Field(s) of study: Industrial Engineering, Engineering Program Management, or related fieldCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD Degree program at an accredited university.Proof of enrollment in current or into next program (MS, PhD)Experience developing and writing testing scripts and test casesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentProgram Information:

Timing:

May- August, or June-September pending class schedules.Duration of Internship : Our internship program is 12 weeks; the end date is flexible based on individual needs.Work Location & Environment:

This position will be in Casa Grande, AZ, and is fully in-person. You must be prepared to start onsite for your first day of employment. The working environment will be a mix of lab & office work.Compensation : Student compensation is based on location and current degree level, non-negotiable ranging from $24 to $38.Relocation:

May be provided on a case to case basis.Housing/Transportation:

You must provide your own living arrangements and transportation in the local area.Background Check:

Compensation Range : The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Additional Compensation and Benefits : Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (hourly)

$34-$48 USD
