We are currently seeking a Business Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to provide training support for the TRADOC G-2 Data Analytics Tools and Repository. The candidate will work to bridge the gap between the client needs and solution development to ensure strong capabilities and tools are deployed. The candidate should be able to independently learn and become an expert in the tools in order to advise the client on best practices and procedures and produce training materials and train the users once the capabilities are deployed.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.Develop and present business cases and feasibility studies.Collaborate with project leads and stakeholders to design and implement solutions.Create detailed project plans and timelines.Monitor and report on project progress, resolving any issues that arise.Utilize various data analysis and organizational tools to analyze relevant data and translate data presentation to other team members.Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.Provide training and support to end-users.Assess company performance, information, and plans by conducting regular tests and analysis.Analyze current business processes/procedures and make recommendations for improvement.Accurately log all technology developments in company records to be utilized in future customer projects.>
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.Strong understanding of business processes and systems analysis.Experience with project management methodologies and tools.Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex ideas into simple language.Solid technical background: ideally the candidate will have a background with SQL, an ability to study and understand web API interactions, and an ability to use tools to study and understand web applications.Clearance:Must possess a Secret security clearance or be eligible for one.Travel
