We are looking for an experienced Project Developer to join an EV infrastructure development company based in Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the development and management of renewable energy projects, particularly in the areas of EV infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet technical, financial, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of EV charging projects from inception to completion.Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for potential project locations.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including contractors, engineers, and local authorities.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.Prepare and submit necessary documentation and permits.Conduct market analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.Proven experience in project development, preferably in the renewable energy or EV sector.Strong understanding of the EV charging infrastructure landscape.Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Ability to travel as required.
