Job DetailsAs an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for the efficient handling of interoffice mail and deliveries within New York City. Your typical day will involve picking up, sorting, and delivering mail, as well as assisting with the opening and sorting of incoming mail from various couriers. Additionally, you will deliver and pick-up securities, checks, and other documents from various agencies, banks, clients, and brokerage firms. You will also ensure that all mailroom supplies are available and cost-efficient, communicate with customers and employees to address inquiries and complaints, and perform various clerical tasks such as answering phones, filing, and maintaining records.

Mandatory Skills1. 0-2 years of administrative/customer service-related experience.2. Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Desired Skills1. Proficiency in a second language (French, Spanish, etc.) is an asset.2. Advanced computer skills.
