HTI is seeking an Advanced Composites Technical Specialist for an independent industrial group that has become a benchmark in the world of composite materials and technical textiles. Requires technical experience with Dornier Looms and carbon weaving. Requires broad technical experience in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment issues. Must have strong leadership skills with excellent oral and written communications and ability to lead and train others*Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship*What Your Role Will Look Like as Advanced Composites Technical Specialist:The Advanced Composites Technical Specialist will provide technical support and deliver high-level problem resolutions to the Advanced Composites Manufacturing processes across all shifts as necessary. Partner with operations, engineering, and maintenance as necessary to troubleshoot or escalate issues. Provide production scheduling input to maximize machine efficiency. Coordinate with the Safety/Training Specialist to develop a training program to develop inexperienced technicians into competent technicians. Assist the Product Manager and Engineering Technician in developing new materials, documenting production processes, collecting and analyzing data to follow trends and implement process improvements.
