Major Purpose:Works on a delivery team along with infrastructure engineers and supports basic systems and Infrastructure deployment and/or maintenance to deliver functionality on a system. This entry-level role is designed to learn, grow in competence, and develop the most basic capability needed to operate effectively in this role. Works on low complexity infrastructure problems, routine changes and improvements to existing processes, with review. Delivers basic Infrastructure use-cases. The role relies on basic knowledge and experience on a single infrastructure technology (collaboration, desktop, network, server, storage, etc.) and basic understanding of relevant components & systems. Delivers infrastructure technology for multi-functional business requirements with limited interrelationship to the overall business process. May have some interaction with functional business partners on tactical issues and limited contact with suppliers. Receives guidance from Scrum Master/senior team member. Work and decisions are reviewed by supervisors before implementation. Major Duties:? Builds the work needed to implement functionality from the product backlog (managed by the product owner). ? Determines the size of user stories. ? Tests deliverables against a user story's acceptance tests. ? Creates and maintains automated test scripts and executes all other testing-related tasks. ? Maintains and executes product or service documentation, as directed. ? Works closely with other team members to ensure that features meet business needs. ? Follows industry-standard agile Infrastructure design methodology for development and documentation. ? Works collaboratively with security, software delivery teams and other partners. Skills, Abilities, Knowledge: ? Understanding of relevant infrastructure components and operating systems and the ability to troubleshoot in those environments. ? Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions. ? Excellence in verbal and written communication forms with emphasis on persuasive communication, tact and negotiation. ? Employee motivation and engagement skills ? Business knowledge, e.g., processes, relationships, etc. Education: ? Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent) ? Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent) Work Experience: ? Previous experience in programming/software development. (1 - 3 years) ? Experience working in an Agile Environment (Less than 1 year) ? Work experience in a team environment. (Less than 1 year)

Specific Position Requirements: Bill Rate: ***Location: 244 Highway 3266Start: ASAPEnd (please provide an end date)Description:Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position.• To provide onsite deskside Tier 2 support to the Thibodaux LA location through performing the following dutiesJob Duties:• Performs/monitors standard processes or operations that are highly stable and/or relatively consistent in how to fix. TYPICAL EXAMPLES: imaging computers, replacing printer toner, disposing of outdated assets, and resolving trouble tickets from ServiceNow queues.• Documents recording and/or distributing information. Has some breadth, depth and/or frequency of interaction with external contacts. Typical examples include updating assets in Asset Center, following KB articles for problem resolution, and following unit specific processes.• Responsible for effective e-mail communications and ability to create and maintain basicdocuments/records: TYPICAL EXAMPLES: --contact lists --process logs --problem incidence reports --customer information updates - exterior ship orders --inventory, maintenance or other service records--handling standard facilities administration requests• Responsible for recognizing problems with the processes/operations supported. Is responsible for resolving those problems with pre- established and documented solutions. Is responsible for reporting to others those problems that fall outside the scope of established procedures.• Maintains equipment, supplies, data supporting processes or operations. Typical examples includes scheduling routine equipment maintenance, ordering supplies, monitoring inventory, updating data records, and interacting with suppliers.• Applies some technical knowledge in the support of processes or operations TYPICAL EXAMPLES: --understanding basic printer operations to replace toner and pickup rollers, performing trouble shooting by following KB article to resolve end user tickets.

Job Requirements:• Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals• Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions.• Knowledge of computer security policies and a general overall knowledge of computer security concepts.• 1 year or more IT experience preferred, but recent college graduates will be considered

Education Requirements:• Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - High School or secondary diploma or equivalent
