We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to oversee and manage our suite of commercial banking products, including Business eBanking, Positive Pay, ACH Origination, Cash Management, and Remote Deposit Capture. This role will serve as the primary expert for the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of these digital services

JOB DESCRIPTION:Oversee and manage Commercial Products such as Business eBanking platform, Positive Pay, ACH Origination, Cash Management, and Remote Deposit Capture Administration tools.Provide expertise in the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of these commercial digital services.Conduct on-site visits with commercial clients to understand their digital banking needs and address any concerns.Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive client experience.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement new products and services.Conduct training sessions for new employees to familiarize them with digital banking systems and processes.Provide backup support to the electronic banking center as needed, ensuring continuity of services and support to clients.Required for this position: Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills. Excellent attention to detail, strong understanding of workflows, ability to identify missing items, advanced organizational skills, ability to work under deadlines, independent thinking, the ability to visualize cause and affect relationships of data and documents, analytical skills, clear and concise reporting, self-motivation, strong oral and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated teamwork.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

4 year college degree or related work experienceKnowledge of electronic banking responsibilities including deposit regulations, ACH processing, online banking, mobile banking, remote deposit, and othersExperience with M365 and workflow managementCustomer service experienceAccuracy and meticulous attention to detail requiredExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to navigate multiple computer systems and programs with working knowledge of Word and ExcelAbility to manage multiple requests simultaneously, meet deadlines, and show flexibility to change direction when neededTeam-oriented and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organizationService-oriented, polite, and respectfulAdvanced problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to take direction and instruction and follow through independently until project completion

HOURS:

Regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
